Does stretching help with EL gains

I read on here stretching (which was pretty much all I’ve been doing seeing I lack the privacy to Jelq) only helps you to hang lower?? And won’t help with erect length. I havn’t noticed any real EL gains in 4 months of stretching 2 days on 1 day off, can anyone tell me if this is true or not?

Havn’t had much luck with exercises, might have to throw most of my eggs into the PeniMaster or Auto Extender.

Well at least there are members that have made substantial gains using nothing but stretches, so I wouldn’t agree with that claim. You stretch in various directions and have experimented with different types of stretches, I presume?

Yes several members have gained from just stretching. Try advanced stretches like JAI and inverted v stretches before getting into extenders.

As some said before me, yes, stretching makes your erections longer. It’s always good to start slow, and if you’ve done that, great. But there’s also a time where you must increase intensity/time of your stretches.

With this said, I presume your stretches are either too weak or to few reps of them. As I said, increase.

PS. I don’t mean that you should go all out. Increase some, not all you can. Look for PI’s.

Although I stopped stretching about a fortnight ago and since then have found it very hard to get an erection. I still seem to get them alot whilst I sleep, but looking at porn and just laying in bed or whatever and during the day I can’t get it up without a heap of effort.
Not exactly sure why, I was basically only doing stretches in all directions and holding for about 30 seconds, id hold Straight down, and straight out for closer to 3 minutes, and that would be a daily session.

Should I keep going with stretches or just try jelqing again for a bit, cause I’m pretty sure jelqing increases the strength of erections.

I’ve been trying to get into a regular routine for about a 2 months, but I can’t stretch for very long. I guess I don’t have the technique down right because either my glans doesn’t have enough blood in it to allow me to keep hold of my penis when I”m stretching, or it has too much, turns purple, and I feel like I”m hurting it. I have been jelqing and doing some squeezes. I’ve noticed a wee bit of girth gain, but no length so far.

Try westla’s advice - jelq a little blood into the CCs and grab a little below the glans; the blood is trapped at the top of the CCs like a “plug” and you can pull on that “shoulder” rather than the glans itself.

I’ve gained almost 1/2 inch in about 1 3/4 months with the newbie routine. I think it’s all from stretching. My routine is 3-20 sec sets or 4-15 sec sets. Ill do them straight out, left,right,up, then down. Ill over do my warm downs to if I have a lot of time. Stretching puts a lot of pressure on the glands and warming down seems to help. I also do 200-250 jelqs but they aren’t giving me the girth I’m doing them for.

When I jelq some blood in the glans, and I stretch, it puts alot of internal pressure at the tip of the glans, and now the left side of the opening of my urethra is a little bit bigger than the right, but I guess I just need to get used to the extra pressure on the glans. Also, any simple tips on not getting an erection while stretching? I can’t seem to do it for more than a few seconds before I start getting an erection. The jelqs are definitely working for girth, especially flacid, although that only lasts for a couple of hours for now. I’m thinking of wearing a cock ring for about an hour after sessions to keep it engorged, plus it looks better in the pants as well.

Not the glans - the CCs that are the hard part of the shaft up under the glans! Grab an inch or so below the glans, so that you get a swollen end of the shaft, not the glans!

Ok, now I understand, but It’d be really hard to get the exact right amount of erection in my case I think, because there isn’t enough blood to jelq when I’m completely flacid and have anything more than the glans to get hard enough for me to grip. I guess I’ll just need to work on it and get the right balance.

Kegel a few times, grab down by the base and jelq the blood to the top of the CCs - hold tight and pull. You only need a little blood.

HOWEVER I always find that I am more or less grabbing the connection below the glans and pulling from there. Supposedly that connection is way strong.

After about 6 weeks, I seem to be getting steady gains all round, with 10 mins stretching and 20 mins Jelqing. But I am stretching quite forcefully, and although I try to get some blood towards the end, I feel I’m mainly pulling on my glans. Is there any danger in this? I’m having nightmares about pulling it off!

The stretching (not jelqing) seems to result in quite a lot of red-spotting, which doesn’t last very long - in fact it feels quite satisfying to know that I’ve put in some real effort.
