Does smoking affect PE and gains

Hi I’m just wondering if smoking affects my PEing and gains as I am a heavy smoker and I smoke before and after I do any exercises.

I smoke too and have gained very well.

Growth hugely outweighs any draw-backs (like decreased blood-flow) that smoking inflicts in my experience. Nevertheless, if you have a problem smoking and you feel like it’s affecting your gains, I advise consciously doing as much as you can to cut down. Smoking constricts blood flow. Let me ask you something do you think smoking improves your health? The only thing smoking does is calm your stress level for about 10-15 mins. Do your lungs, heart, and teeth a favor and throw your smokes away and quit being a pawn of the tobacco companies.

Why do you feel the need to ask a question the answer of which is wholly predictable?

Well the original question doesn’t make sense. Even if smoking effects gains no one would quit smoking. So it’s a dumb question that has been asked over and over again here. I am answering the thread with a question, get it.

No fight I wish Beasty the best. I just hate tobacco companies. Alcohol companies are just as bad but at least alcohol helps you get pussy. You know that two of the leading contributors to the Anti-Drug campaign are tobacco and alcohol. WTF. Eliminate your competitors. Now I will get drunk as shit and smoke cigarettes all night. I smoke now ,but when I didn’t I could keep an erection longer.

I tryed to stop but I only lasted 6 months(kids drove me mad)and started again.

The problem is I like smoking ,but I have to smoke outside because my wife hates it and I don’t think the kids should breath in second hand smoke.
