Does Smoking Affect PE

I think that about sums it up.

I threw the last of my pack out yesterday, all I’m thinking about is cigarettes but I refuse to buy another pack, I don’t care, I have the balls to quit, and quit I will, iam not allowing myself to smoke for 30 days, during this time, I will probably forget they exist thanks for the informative post!

If you start to get urges and you think you are going to give in, buy the nicotine patch before you relapse. The patch only works if you want to quit, and you want to quit. Look into it, because it makes the quitting process so much more pleasant.

Does smoking affect PE. I read somewhere that smoking inhibits the production of nitric oxide which is responsible for the expanding of arteries or veins, and the flow of blood throughout the body. Nitric oxide is what Viagra promotes.. Anyway, I think stopping smoking increases the natural NO2 levels. I smoke my self on an doff. I find, now that I think of it, that on the off days my unit is thicker and stiffer bot flaccid and up. I’ma work at stopping. For the love of reaching my goals.this thread is encouraging
