Does position while sleeping form the Penis

Is there any relationship to the way a person sleeps and the formation of their Penis? I sleep on my stomach and am more Oval shaped.

I think most men have a sort of oval shape anyway.

My erection points to the left, like about 1 o’clock to 1:30 on a clock face! I believe that is because I have always dressed to the left my whole life. I have never varied that by dressing to the right.
