Does PE have any correlation with mass gain?

Does PE have any correlation with mass gain?

Are the same principles applied in bodybuilding as are in penis enlargement?

I was wondering this before sleep, about tissue expansion and muscle building and muscle recovering.

About the diet as well, like ingestion of carbohidrates and proteins, hitting those macros, if natural bodybuilders ( those who do not use steroids) got into penis enlargement will they have a better gain in relation to other people? Analyzing that as they are well fed, they have a 100% daily ingestion of BCAA´s, these are those aminoacyds that stimulate better blood and muscle developtment, recovery and circulation like l-arginine, isoleucine, l- valine etc.

Will have overweight worsen your gains, as because the blood flow will be poor and dificult the flow of nutrients of your diet?

There is a brazillian bodybuilder Felipe Franco, once he said that steroids made his penis bigger (don’t ask me why), then I searched about it and one guy made his dick bigger my applying some sort of injections in his dick and it better the blood flow and it made erections of like 4 hours, and he got 5~6 centimeters (in retard units almost 2~2,5 inches).

Most of those medicines and pills that you guys buy in the internet I know those food sources, and I always think that like Hipocrates that food is my medicine and my medicine is my food.

My opinion or best guess, no. None whatsoever.

I’m a natural bodybuilder for the past 4years and I’ve had pretty steady gains, but I attribute it to my psyche and determination that I bring from the gym to my PE. As far as having all your BCAAs helping with recovery I think it probably helps but is minimal unless the person would otherwise be deprived of those nutrients. I think the impact would be more substantial though when working the tunica or smooth muscle and imagine 0% impact when stretching the ligaments for length. Likewise I think a bodybuilder who IS using steroids would have more improvement with Tunica and smooth muscle growth and recovery and may by experimenting with it soon.

I don’t see it worsening your gains, but an overweight person will probably experience more improvement from the newbie routine because of the jelqing which will improve their already impaired blood flow.

I’ve come across documented medical research that showed the same. In fact somebody had a patent for a procedure using a vasodilator a few times a week to artificially induce a 4-6 hour erection to improve penis size. All this in my opinion gives credibility to the more natural ways of doing to like Clamping and Pumping. I’ve also seen medical research that showed smooth muscle under vacuum pressure increased anabolic response (growth) which gives credit to pumping.
