does one always have to increase
I’ve (not —>ive) read a lot on this forum and it seems to me that the routines that people go through start of relatively light but then get more intensive over the years. Is this because its absolutely necessary to go on the increase? I mean would it not be possible to have a relatively simple and non straining routine that serves one throughout their entire PE career? Or does it have to be this way if one wants to gain??
