Does masturbating hurt progress

I am new to PE and new to this site. Got an embarrassing question. Will masturbating after doing a workout hurt or harm progress? Or is it healthy and normal after doing jelqing and such?

And what is ballooning?

I do not believe masturbating will hurt progress in general. I prefer to avoid masturbation directly after a workout, especially when I finish with edging. It is part of sexual training in a way.

I believe in separating PE from masturbation, both mentally and via some time of at least several hours.

The occasional lapse will obviously have no ill effect. I do not know if this even matters really.

Good advice. Was little hesitate about asking, but everyone here seems to be very understanding. I’ll have to make sure I watch the news while doing it, lol. I like the belief of separating the two, will be making that a goal as well.
