Is Jelqing Really Necessary?

So after I checked out with numerous of members here what give them the most girth gains everyone without exception said that their real gains come from pumping and clamping now my point is does jelqing really necessary? I mean nobody gained nothing only from jelqing it always accompanied by pumping or clamping like jelqing is only to warm up.

I don’t believe in alot of things, but I do believe in jelq. I’m not an expert in anything and I’m quite fresh into the PE world … but jelqing is giving me a nice temporary increase, with only 40 jelqs per session (3 times per week).

I pump aswell at low pressure and short time … so far I notice that jelq is giving me the greatest expansion.

If jelq don’t work at all, it wouldn’t be around for so long (I think jelq is one of the oldest PE exercises around).

Every routine, without exception, should include jelqing.

Even if you don’t believe it creates size (it does), it is still synergistic with every other form of PE.
It stretches the tunica longitudinally and circumferentially. It causes tissue fluid exchange which removes the cellular waste from other exercises and brings fresh blood/nutrients/oxygen into the penis so it can begin to get the benefits from other exercises faster.
It is the most versatile, variable and controllable exercise in PE.

Like you said only temporary gains from jelqing.

Yes, they are essential and the foundation to a routine that will give permanent results.

Takes time to see cemented gains. If you’re noticing temporary increase, basicly means it’s working.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
