Hey there, I was just wondering if jelqing increases EQ, cause I’ve noticed a slight decrease in the last few days and I miss my random erections haha!

Yes it does because I jelq and it seems like it makes it easier for me to be aroused and if I stop for a few days I can notice the difference. It may take more for me to get aroused.

Jelqs will most definitely improve your EQ. If it hasn’t you are most likely doing too much. Maybe try a decrease in intensity or reps and see how that feels.

I agree, a loss in EQ is most likely not a good sign. Are you doing kegels also? (in additional to jelquing). If you’ve stopped going kegels, that could account for the EQ loss.

My EQ seems to be affected more by jelquing (even when I do only a few and with mild pressure) than stretching. I’m guessing this is an individual thing. An analogy to bodybuilding would be that not everybody is well suited to doing squats or dead-lifts, safely. Most can, but some just don’t have the right body type to use some exercises effectively, either because of inappropriate limb lengths/ratios and/or other inherent structural weaknesses.

I’ve found that my EQ seems to be slightly improved from already very strong. My main PE exercise is a jelq. I think it’s important to get the pressure of the jelq right in the early stages of PE I.e. Not too hard to start out with. I tend to start my 200 jelqs (2days on 1day off) session with very light jelqs, leading up to moderate jelqs by the end of the 200. EQ is an important aspect of my sexual life as I covered in a previous thread (link below). How many jelqs are you performing. The likely hood is you are exhausting the penis. Maybe vary your routine and not just jelq to give him a bit of variety and work different areas of the penis?

My first couple of PE sessions I saw a decrease in EQ. Now, a couple of weeks later, I see a huge increase in EQ. Morning and nocturnal wood wakes me up again, I didn’t see that in a while.

I get a lot more nocturnal and morning wood when I kegel & jelq regularly. I stopped kegeling for a long time and I noticed a major loss in EQ. I am 35 years old though—that probably explains it. I am at an age where men start to lose a lot of EQ if they don’t take special care (like jelqs, kegels, etc).
