Now I started a while back but haven’t really begun P.E. Until recently due to.. Life issues. So with those out of the way I just need some reaffirmation from everyone that I’m not just wasting my time on this. I’m willing to do this for as long as need be for results. My only two questions are “How long until I see results?” and “Do the results stay once you’ve hit your goal or do you need to do this for more or less the rest of your life?” Help a brother out here on keeping my hope alive please. Also, in regards to the newbie routine does anyone have a good method for the hot wrap (my current method is rather poor)? And what exactly are kegels?4 Hope you all can answer these questions for me. It’d be greatly appreciated.

The langth os time for results depends on you, your genetics, and your dedication. Some go years with no gains others weeks. The results are usually mostly permenent but it also depends on the perviously mentioned as well as the method you use.

Read everything you can and go slow. Stick to the newbie routine or something similar…..welcome and good luck tugging!

He has two valid questions so let’s stay nice.

1 - There’s no definite way of saying how long and if you’re going to gain at all. There’s a few fast gainers, slower gainers, a couple who don’t gain at all. Some of us after much trial and error but in general you’ll see the ones gaining are the guys who put in time and conscious effort.
2 - For the most part, yes. Gains over time will mostly, for most people, remain. You could consider doing a maintenance routine once you git your goals to make sure your gains stay there and your EQ stays in shape.

Since I’ve been here I have seen people ask this multiple times like the above post said take time to look around on the site to see if you can find your answer chances are you will and if you don’t or if you don’t have a clear answer than you should post a thread. Also like “juiice” said you don’t need to pay to join this site and we don’t get paid by telling you it does work so why would we lie in the first place. As for your question on how long it will take for you to see results that depends on you, not everyone is the same some people might see gains fast while others may see them slow, give yourself 90 days with the newbie routine and then check to see if you have made any gains, you can measure once a month or twice a month (once every two weeks) or how many times you want to measure just don’t expect results every single time, persistence and patience are a key factor in PE gains.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

It has worked for me albeit slowly. On the plus side I have taken years off and not lost any gains.

Yes they are valid questions…ones that have been asked several times and I can pull similar questions just in the last few weeks. I think the annoying part is just asking if it even works when that can be answered if he actually read a few posts.

I’m not asking him to become an instant expert but at least do some light reading just out of sheer respect for the site and its members.

1). If PE did not work, then many people on this forum would be simply wasting their time and not just yours, it’s free to at least try.

2). PE is a marathon, not a sprint. The newbie routine is light and effective and you should do it for at least 3-6 months and around this time you should see gains. If you gain you should stick with the routine. If you don’t gain you can try increasing the intensity, but I recommend you know what your doing before beginning. (You may want to do the linear routine).

3). PE can take years until your reach your final goal, I’m not sure yet if the results are permanent. You may want to read into cementing gains.

4). Fill a cup with warm/hot water and stick your flaccid penis inside the cup of warm/hot water. Warming up helps prevent injury and warming down helps the healing process.

5). Have you ever tried to stop your urine in the middle of taking a piss? That’s what it is like to kegel. You don’t want to do your kegels while your peeing tho. Kegels do not increase penis size. Training the muscles kegels target can yield in the ability to stop premature ejaculation and provide stronger ejaculations. Kegels can also yield better erection quality and be used with PE to increase their effectiveness.
