Does it really work
Now I started a while back but haven’t really begun P.E. Until recently due to.. Life issues. So with those out of the way I just need some reaffirmation from everyone that I’m not just wasting my time on this. I’m willing to do this for as long as need be for results. My only two questions are “How long until I see results?” and “Do the results stay once you’ve hit your goal or do you need to do this for more or less the rest of your life?” Help a brother out here on keeping my hope alive please. Also, in regards to the newbie routine does anyone have a good method for the hot wrap (my current method is rather poor)? And what exactly are kegels?4 Hope you all can answer these questions for me. It’d be greatly appreciated.
