So for the sake of measuring on this site, as I understand it we should measure from the middle.

But because I differ along the shaft, do you think it matters to a girl in terms of size if you are bigger at the base and smaller at the head? Mentally, should I be considering myself a 5”er or a 4.5”er?

My head is also pretty small at about 4.5”

You could add base, mid-shaft, and under glans girth and divide it by 3 to get an average girth. Or just use your mid-shaft girth which is was most people do. I’m 6” at the base, but no way would I ever consider myself 6” girth, until most of my penis was actually 6”.

Yes, it matters. It all comes down to volume. If your girth is 4” except for an extreme taper to 6” at the base and your length is 8”, you don’t have a very big dick!
If you have a 7” girth (full shaft) with a big head and 9” of length there is some volume happening and she will feel it!
..At least that is what I have experienced.

My current dimensions: flaccid: 8" x 6.5" erect: 9.5" x 7.125" glans: soft length:1.825" soft diameter 1.65" firm length:2.286" firm diameter:1.90"

Goal: flaccid: 9" x 7" (.1" length .5" girth) erect: 10" x 8" ( .5" length 1" girth) glans: soft length: 2.25" soft diameter: 2" firm length: 2.5" firm diameter: 2.25"

Ultimate goal: flaccid: 10" x 8" erect: 11.5" x 9.75" glans: soft length: 2.5" soft diameter: 2.25" firm length: 4" firm diameter: 3" In other words: A big, fat elephant cock!

I’d consider my girth what I have at the thickest point, otherwise you’d need a Noble prize in Maths to find what your ‘true girth’ is. No penis has the same girth at every point of the shaft.

That’s a poor comparison.

8x4.5 would still be considered big for most women.

9x7 is very rare. A functioning 9x7 is even rarer.

Then, 6.1 x 4.5 Now, 7.25 x 5.25

I wasn’t comparing length I was comparing volume. The question was “Does it matter where.. girth is? ” I think I was giving a very good example of how different shapes are going to affect a female. Some vaginas are only a few inches deep and will only accept half of that 8” x 4.5” that has a 6” base girth that she will never feel. It’s really easy to do the math. I think I made myself very clear.

As far as functionality is concerned, that is another topic. If you have any suggestions for ways to cure my ED problems, I’ll be glad to listen to them in the appropriate thread and forum . But as far as the topic at hand is concerned I think that kind of comment was clearly uncalled for.

That goes for anybody else here to

I did not know your stats or situation.

Girth is good regardless of where it is. An individual can work on improving the rest.

Then, 6.1 x 4.5 Now, 7.25 x 5.25

No harm done. That follows when you try to increase it.

Don’t get me started on the whole volume math thing Marinera. Aw dammit! Ok so now I’m started.

So I think that using meg and bpel measurements one can get an reasonably accurate volume measurement by doing the following: rather than using the cylinder volume method what should be used is figuring the volume of a SILO with said dimensions. Once a volume can be calculated from this the total volume should be adjusted by a percentage based on how much the typical ding-dong shape fills the silo shaped space. My estimate would be somewhere in the 95% range but it could be more or less. Using the cylinder method I would adjust the volume amount calculated down to about 80-85% at best.

Anyway, volume is where it’s at for sure which is why girth is such a difference maker to a female.

Start: April 2012 BPEL 5¼" x EG 4¾"----> July 2012 BPEL 5¾" x EG 4⅞"

First goal: 6"x5"

Long Term Goal: 8"x5¾"

I check mine in two places. The mid shaft (where the scar is), and the base of the shaft.

Burn that tunica!

I’ve always used MSEG as the number I quote if anyone ever asks me about my girth. The main reason I suppose is that I know it’s a “definite” measurement. At the base, and using a cock ring, I can measure over 7”. But the majority of my cock is smaller than that, so to say I’ve got 7” girth is misleading. If you want the most accurate number, I think taking a head + mid + base / 3 measurement is probably most accurate. Unless you have an oddly shaped penis (extreme girth in one portion), MSEG is probably sufficient.

A dick that is girthy but at the same time flat on top with a decent length of 7 to 8 is heaven for women. Thank you.

Thanks for the replies guys, It’s an interesting topic for me. I think as my girth drops drastically at the mid-way point where I start to curve upwards I should really work on girth. I’d be happy with a 5” all up within the next 6 months or something. Is this feasible? After that, I’d like to say that my ambitions are minimal.. But after reading posts on here I suspect that I’ll be eager to keep it going if it works :) 5.5” would definitely be nice!!

Tenbris, when you say flat on top, do you mean with no curve? I’ve heard an upward curve is nice for women as it can hit the G-spot easier. Anyone heard similar?

I think the thickest girth you have past mid-shaft is what will please a woman because its in her more. As for volume and math, way way over thinking it; get a cup that your junk fits into comfortably, fill it with water, tip it out and measure said water, fill it up again and stick it in (to the cup) then measure the remaining water left in the cup and the difference in ml is how many CC (cubic centimetres) you are.

Also, having more base girth is a good thing for PE cause for me as my girth increased my base girth didn’t and having a smaller base girth isn’t a good thing

At birth I was given a choice between a good memory and a big dick, but I can't remember what I chose.

BeardedDragon - "I have definitive mathematical proof that PE works. But I can't send it to you because it's attached to me."

I’m happy using just midshaft because it’s my thickest point. :p

I’ve also wondered how much it matters to women where the thickest part is, or if they feel the ‘in-out’ motion better when the girth is not (more or less) completely uniform.
