Does heating up the perenuim are give gains

Well lately I have been heating up my perineum area (the area between your balls and anus) . Also this area if you touch it while kegeling you could feel it contract each time you kegel.

I was reading the Exercise The Penis Book and it says that you should warm up your perenuim area. After a while this will gradually coax your inner penis to come out some more.

I have been only doing this for about 2 days now. So I can’t really tell you if I’m benefited from it.

But is there a PE’R been doing this for a while?? Any suggestions are welcome I’m just curious on what other PE’ERS think about this.

Sounds like an interesting theory. I’ll definitely give it a try. Could get pretty dicey with and IR lamp though.

This is how I stay warm during my edging/jelq sessions. I set my heating pad to medium, place it on a towel and sit on it. Heat is a staple of my routine.
