Does having sex affect P.E?

I’m just taking PE serious after a long hiatus. My question is does ejaculating affect PE? Also I’m about 4.5” girth. Can I get to 6” girth?

Bumping this question, as I’m interested to hear feedback on sex & PE. Should I take night night off from PE if I have sex? Any general guidelines?
