I would say I have a high testosterone level. I use to work my abs and it took alot of constant exercising to keep them ripped if I took a cpl weeks off they would not be visible maybe it was the dieting I was eating like a powerlifter so I wasn’t really going for the ripped looked trying to bulk up more

A few years back I weighed 330 lbs and my penis felt smaller then but that was before I started doing PE. I believe that when you are obese you don’t have the best blood circulation and this has an impact on penis size.

In accordance with WhyNotBig’s post, I agree. In a desperate attempt to lose my belly, I was doing hundreds of crunches a day but I couldn’t see any definition till I dieted the fat away. I seem to recall reading somewhere that your body removes fat evenly from all over the body so area specific exercises don’t work for removing fat from that area. I could be mistaken. I once heard someone say that “Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.”

As others said, it will actually make your penis look shorter, because of the pubic fat pad. Also, thicker legs or overall massive build makes your penis look smaller.

When I see those skinny guys in porn movies, they always look huge, but if I compare their penises in relation to their hands for example, I quicky realize I really need to lose more weight.

I already clear it, That it’s a combination, I didn’t ask him to go eat and it will go away, It’s combination between diet and exercise, And no you don’t need to work to burn fat, You work to burn calories, Which burns your fat later on, :)
