Does gained size shrinks.

Hi Guys, I have been following my PE routine for about a month a okay change in my penis size.My query is that if suppose I stop my PE routine will my gained penis length & girth decrease or the gains are permanent.

I have had some of my initial gains disappear after I stopped PE abruptly, but I never cemented the gains. I believe that once you do PE long enough, the gains want shrink at all. To be safe, some members have a patience routine in which they do occasional exercise to keep what they have. Do a search for ‘cementing gains.’

To answer your query, I would say “yes” and “no”

“Yes” it can shrink a bit if you skip maintenance routine to cement the gains
“No” if you perform maintenance routine for a while

Agreed. I worked on my PE for a couple months and stopped. I lost about 0.5” from where I initially started from so, it was never really worth it to stop to begin with.

Yeah don’t just stop doing p.e I mean come on you just started but yeah you should definitely keep you routine going for a month or so to cement your gains
