With foreskin restoration? Something I’ve noticed in the last three weeks or so is that when in a flaccid state it appears that I am restoring my foreskin (formerly a person with a tight circumcision). I’m not sure if I am performing the dry jelg correctly or not, but the wife loves it along with everything else that’s been happening since I started PE! No significant gains YET, but plenty of side benefits!

Well, if you want to continue restoring your foreskin carry on as you’re doing! It won’t affect you gaining a longer penis But a dry jelq will tend to work the foreskin more forcefully.
It probably takes a bit longer than three weeks before you will see penis gains though as the skin is easier to stretch than a penis
