i hear people talk about clamping for girth does it work and how long do you use it

Is it possible to use your figures to clamp like just do the OK sign around your penis for 8 mins

i can’t vouch for gains because i haven’t been doing it that long but after i stretch and jelq i wrap the base with an ace bandage just tight enough to kegel blood in. i wear it for 5-10 minutes and get great temporary girth.

HUH a bandaid good thinking . do you find clamping stops your length gains

like i said i haven’t been doing it long enough to tell but for now I’m going with why can’t i get both length and girth ? i don’t know what it is but i stretch , jelq , use the ace bandage then stretch again and during the second stretches after the girth work feels incredibly more effective than the first stretches. Im not going to stop just in case the first set contributes to the second set being more effective.

i read a post clamping could hinder or stop length gains probably just BS

There are plenty of guides on the forum and site for all methods of PE and a plethora of personal experiences within the forums. Use these resources to your advantage.

If clamping didn’t work I would be very curious as to why so many men have devoted a rather large amount of time to it. But for clamping to work you must understand what you are doing and have a working knowledge of the fundamentals or you could risk serious injury.

To answer your proposed question, I suggest you attempt it yourself and report your results back to us. To hold the “OK” grip for 8 consecutive minutes, with sufficient force to encourage expansion and the accompanying engorgement that is found with mechanical devices, may be difficult for some people.

With all do respect. It’s the internet and i could care less if i use punctuation. I’m not making a resume or writing to the president.

I said with all do respect just because i may forget to add a capital letter. i should not be always told that my sentences are eyesores. and my English is bad.

Clamping is effective in achieving greater girth, for some individuals.

Clamping carries with it risks.

Clamping 101

That is a good place to start.

Basic takeaways:
1. It is very dangerous if done improperly.
2. Many members have had gains in girth.
3. You penis needs to be conditioned first to be up to the task. Great internal pressures are generated when clamping and performing clamped exercises. Some individuals have great results just doing a basic routine without clamping.
4. Clamping can be dangerous even when performed properly.
5. Most people will recommend starting out with no more than 10 minutes per set.

I started out with a clamping routine. I am very lucky (and I was careful) that I did no damage to my unit. After a few weeks of reading here I decided to take clamping out of my routine and save it for down the road.

Clamping can cause permanent damage to your penis. It should not be performed by anybody who does not have much experience with penis enlargement. If you start to have negative physiological indicators from clamping, remove the clamp immediately and gently massage your penis to restore blood flow.
