Question is as per above: do arnica creams (which heal bruising so could help the penis recover after stretching) impede growth?

I can’t imagine why it would do that. The properties of the herb seem like they’d have positive effects.

I’ve used Arnica for red spots in the past. I give it a thumbs up. Anything that speeds healing is good! It lets you do your next session sooner.

Long ago I tried an arnica cream with no positive results preventing or improving PE-induced discoloration. That said, all “arnica creams” are not alike, so maybe some work better for that than others. My current opinion is such things accomplish nothing and aren’t worth the expense or bother. Massage (firegoat rolls) might help. Or not.
It won’t interfere with gains.
