Does anyone workout without a warmup

Hey guys :)

Basically I would find it much easier if I could exercise in bed without warming up. Just because I find it hard to find the means to warm up.

I was also wondering if there is a way to warm up by hand? Without the need for bottles or warm water.

I would love your opinions guys.

I’ve often train my penis without a warm up (that I usually do under the shower) due to lack of time. I never had injuries, but I prefer when my little baby is hot and aroused :D

The purpose of a warm up is primarily to increase the elasticity (stretchability) of the tissues. You need to increase their temperature considerably above body temperature to achieve that. You can gain without a warmup if you don’t have particularly tough tissues, but it will be slower. I think heat is very important, but if you want to try without a warmup, just do a few minutes of gentle jelqs to slowly expand all the blood holding cells in your penis before you apply more force. And read my signature line. :)

You may find an IR lamp is the easiest method of warming up because you can keep it in your bedroom and use it instantly.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

If I don’t warm up prior to jelq/clamping/pumping, I get red dots. If I do warm up, I don’t get these little busted capillaries. Its as simple as that

I would disagree with this, I don’t feel that stretching or massaging can truly take the place of adding heat and warming the tissue.

I ditched the warmups for a long time, and my gains were practically nonexistent. Since re-adding warmups to my routine and using IR heat, the gains have resumed, so I’ve proven to myself at least, that the presence of heat and doing a real warmup is an important part of my PE routines.

I have skipped the warm up many times but notice a big difference. I find its pretty important. Not quite to the point where it’s not worth working out without it, but nearly.

Take a sock put two cups or rice in it and make a rice sock!! All you need to do is give it about a 1 min to heat it up and you can very easily warm up in bed and the rice sock will last you for a long time.

Warm up is a must. I tried PEing without a warmup and the difference in expansion after a good warmup was significant!

I just read this thread and tried using a heat gun on low to warm my dick while hanging. Good job I have long arms!

But seriously, I don’t know why I didn’t try this before.

When I first started PE nearly three years go I stretched in a warm bath and got an inch of length in a year, and I’d be happy with half that again now.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I haven’t warmed up at all since I started but I was thinking on making a rice sock

Yeah dogbone, try it, rice sock work really good! Simple and efficient.

But the best warm up for (according to my physiotherapist) is heat and moist, this way the heat will penetrate deeper!
