My warm up consists of doing the stretching exercises with my warm hands — get on with the real exercises not the preliminaries.
‘Warm hands’ are still at body temperature, the same as the blood in your penis. Massaging may help to loosen up the tissues in your penis, but you need a proper heat source to increase the fluidity of the collagen. Hands won’t do it.
