Does anyone workout without a warmup

‘Warm hands’ are still at body temperature, the same as the blood in your penis. Massaging may help to loosen up the tissues in your penis, but you need a proper heat source to increase the fluidity of the collagen. Hands won’t do it.

I have been using the heat gun for a eek now and the weights are hitting the floor now when I hang seated.

A hair dryer would probably do just as well as the gun, you have to just watch how close you get with it and for how long.
