Does anyone else have problems stretching?
I see pics of people stretching, whether they sport a 9” BPFSL or a 6” and it is clearly obvious that they have a good full stretch. You can usually tell because their unit looks like a noodle when stretched to full length. I can’t seem to get that sort of stretch. Some may say it is because my FSL is less than my EL but when I jelq, I get an awesome stretch and can stretch at the end of each jelq to almost an inch beyond my erect length. I still do some fulcrum type stretches to target the tunica but I am starting to just do my stretching while I jelq (30 - 50% erection level).
10 jelqs with a 3 second pause at the end of each rep and at the end of 10 reps, I hold at a full stretch for 1 minute. I repeat until I’ve done around 200 jelqs. I hold each stretch in different directions like I would in a normal stretching routine.
But I still can’t figure out why stretching is such a problem. I heat like crazy (just got an IR lamp). Every now and again I feel like I get a good stretch
so I think I know what it should feel like but I get that feeling very rarely.
Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it?
