Hey everyone just had a few questions, and wanted to see if anyone else does their PE like me. Does anyone else PE in the shower?

My routine focuses mainly on stretching. I warm up 5 minutes in the shower with a hot towel with hot water running but very low. Then I turn off the water and jelq, always less than 100 times. Then I warm up a little again with the towel, while waiting to become flaccid again. After that I stretch in one direction with hot water running over my penis while I’m stretching. Then I warm it up again with a hot towel a little bit after each stretch. Then after I’m done stretching I warm up again for 5 minutes.

So far my gains have been pretty good. Since 2/13/10 I’ve gained .5” in BPEL, even with a little inconsistency. I haven’t measured my girth gains yet.

So has anyone experimented using constant heat in their routine? I find that it’s very good and keeps it very loose and malleable. I’ll have to see what happens with my gains, but I’m pretty confident that it helps. I’ve never been over 6” so that’s cool too. And yeah, my girlfriend noticed too when she puts a condom on me and it fits tighter, and whenever I put it in all the way she likes that too.

One of my problems is that I’m uncircumcised so I have trouble keeping grip sometimes. How can I get a better grip? Should I grip it farther back behind the head? Also is it better to stretch for short periods of time (like 20-30 seconds) in a single direction, or to stretch for long periods of time (over a minute)?


I have found a good rule of thumb is to not stretch more than a minute in any one direction without stopping to return blood flow. As far as constant heat, I’ve always figured that the initial warmup makes tissues pliable but then continuous exercise keeps them pliable.

Hi.I do the same nearly the same routine but I don’t do in shower.I do 100 wet jelqs after 50 squeezes hot wrap then I do stretches up down 1 minute each stretch,10 minutes A and V stretches,5 minutes warm down.So I was on 4/03/ 6” BPEL and now I’m 6.5” BPEL.

Get an IR lamp and stop wasting water, it’s not unlimited. :p

I used to stretch in the shower, and my mother used to complain about me taking long showers.

Anyway, those are very good gains for such a small amount of time, in my opinion, for the both of you. Especially you daniel85. I’m currently doing a stretching routine and hopefully I’ll gain half an inch and reach my short term goal.

I do light stretches in the shower. I fight it relaxing and a great way to end my shower.

I just do some kegels when im in the bath, easily got into a routine…

Kegels, wash face, kegels, wash arms & legs, kegels, etc etc…

Do it without thinking now, ace!

I’m sure we all have done some form of PE in the shower/taking a bath.

I do 100-150 jelqs in the shower then run hot water over my penis while finishing the shower. One I get out and dry off I go into a deep BTC stretch. It works well since I’m clean and everything is still pliable from the heat. I will stay in BTC for an hour or so then into bed fowfers for the rest of the night.

1/9/09: 6.25" BPEL x 5.125" EG - 4.00" FL x 4.25" FG

GOAL: 7.25" BPEL x 6.00" EG

Updated 2/15/09 6.75" BPEL x 5.25" EG

I do about 100 jelqs in the shower each morning.with stretching. I’ve been doing it for about 8 years.and, it’s taken me all that time to gain 1/2 inch. I’m glad I finally found this forum and can develop a better and more productive routine.

Start: BPEL 6" Now: 6.5" Goal: 8"
