Does anyone do the twist stretch?

Does anyone do the twist stretch?

I read on it on here somewhere, And haven’t seen it since. You basically twist your head 360 degrees then pull straight out. You then repeat by pulling the opposite direction. I’m just making sure this is safe, and if anyone got good results with it? Thank you.

They are called bundled stretches. I’ve done them, they feel more intense. You can use this stretch in combination with other stretches, fulcrums for instance, to make the stretches even more intense. I have not had any problems using them but it should be noted that I’m a veteran and well conditioned for these heavy duty stretches.

Or do you mean the whole shaft is twisted 360 degrees ?

I think he’s talking about the bundled stretches where you twist the entire penis. It’s supposed to target the tunica. You don’t even have to twist it 360 degrees, just until you feel it gives you a good stretch. Anyway, I wouldn’t worry about it just yet, stick with your newbie routines.

Yep…..from what I read, you are supposed to grip the base and the head though so that you aren’t targeting the ligs directly


06/21/07 NBP = 7.75(tape) FSL = 7.875 EG = 5.00 Volume= 15.42

09/13/07 NBP = 8.375 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.38 Volume = 19.29 (+25%)

12/26/07 NBP = 8.625 FSL = 8.75 EG = 5.50 Volume = 20.82 (+35%)

That’s not so bad then -(using the whole shaft)

Just thinking about the head only was doing my head in.

Ha ha I should have worded that better. I twist the whole thing, not just the head. I find it lets me do the other stretches much easier, and loosens up the tissue.

So you just use a OK grip- just under the head and stretch out and twist, Both ways?
How long do you hold the stretch out?

The way I do it is, I first twist it and then stretch it out once twisted, not the other way around. The grip is like any other stretch, you hold under the head. I can only tell you how to perform the exercise I can’t tell you how to gain with it, you have to figure out the time/force to use by yourself. This is an advanced stretching technique, you know that right?
