Does anybody here just use an ADS?

Are there people here who just use an ADS?

Also what have your results been with just using it?

How many house a day do you wear it?

I’ve been using it about 1.5 months now. I wear it according to the manufacturers instructions, which after the break in period is 9 hours a day. I take it off every 2 hours for around 10 to 20 minutes, sometimes more, then put it on for another 2 hours. I don’t know whether I’ve had results or not. I measured 1/4 inch less than my NBPEL a few days ago, now it’s back to my original NBEL. The discrepancy may be because I stressed my unit, or not noticed an increase in my fat pad, as I didn’t measure directly before starting using the ADS, and I have gained around 15-20 lbs since measuring around 6 months or so ago.

My BPEL is about an inch more than my NBPEL, but I have never done a BPEL in the past so I can’t correlate. I’ll know for sure in a few more weeks, as I am stretching past my NBPEL, and am losing weight as well.

One thing I will say, it’s not very stealthy, and it’s not very comfortable. I’m still working on ways to make it more comfortable. Can’t do much about the stealth.

I am pretty sure that the general concensus is an ADS by itself will produce little if any results…but then again, there are some extenders that seem to be able to generate a significant amount of force.

See I was thinking like that also but then so few people actually use the ads “all day” and only use the ads to really know. The post above this reads adding 10 min a day of pumping. I dont think pumping for 10 min a day would produce the length gains he has posted in his sig. As a matter of fact I dont think 10 min a day would do anything.

When you say traction device you are useing one of the ones like Fastsize correct?

Yep, that exactly in fact. I put slightly softer springs in though as I wanted to stay at the 1.5kg max force that all the studies used, and the springs in the device originally had a minimum of around 2kg force.

I use it at least 5 hours a day, usually 8 hrs a day.

I have one (not fast size) I paid like $300.00 for around 4 or 5 years ago (last time I did PE) but I hated it. I see now where I can get a suction head for it instead of the noose.

I just bought the ebay one but I have to wonder if it can give enough pull with the elastic cord? I guess I could change the cord to one with more pull if needed.

I also plan on pumping regularly starting next week. I played around with my bib hangers but I don’t think I want to use them again.

I find ADS to be more supplementary to a routine rather than a routine itself. Sometime it might benefit over time but may also cause injuries or delay growth if you are doing a very advanced routine. ADS may slow recovery time but may also provide fast gain for some members.

The best way to add ADS in your routine in my opinion should be when you have few privacy or less time for PE

I would distinguish ADS properly said from extenders. There are guys reporting (length) gains from just using extenders - too many to think it is a bulls**t.

Here we go with another vocabulary quiz.

By extender you are talking about a traction device like Fastsize?

Your right ADS could be golf weights.

We should come up with acronyms for each of them.
