I have no routine in nothing,

sometimes I work out, sometimes I work for school etc

And there is some progression in these directions, but not with jelqing and other PE tricks.

Does it matter having no routine with PE, I jelq once in a while when Im watching porn, but thats not really a routine.

I must confess I know about PE for about 3 years, but I just dont believe in it enough.
Just imagine that ur pulling on your penis for 3 years an half hour a day without no improvement..

But the main question is: does it matter to have a routin with PE and should I skip with porn
The next question is this:
I heard that not ejaculating for a while is increasing your natural testosterone levels, but on the other side not seeiing naked women will decrease ur testerone levels a lot.

Man this is gonna be hard, pulling on ur penis for an half hour a day while seeiing porn without ejaculating…

I think the key to PE is consistency. Try to at least set up a light, progressive jelqing routine to get you started.

I don’t know about you, but stretching is kind of boring to me. Just make sure to do the jelqs first, and then stretch after. I used to watch porn when I first started, but the temptation to blow the load was to great. Now I don’t look at porn when jelqing. After some months, you will get good at controlling your erection level, and you will get more out of the exercise.

Just make sure you keep doing the routine. It doesn’t grow overnight, so accept this fact, and stay consistent. Good luck growing.

Why don’t you try following the Newbie Routine for 2-3 months consistently and then report back to us is it working for you or not. Doing PE occasionally will likely result in little or no gains. You may also have gotten the jelqing technique wrong - it should not be done with a full erection. Try doing it with a 50-80% erection.

No routine equals no results.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I don’t have enough experience in PE, but I probably wouldn’t gain anything from the “when I feel like it” attitude.

It’s not so much of doing a routine as being consistent and trying your best not to under or overwork your unit.

EDIT: It does help to have a routine though.

I hope this doesn’t mean that you are jelqing while fully erect, because that is a big no-no. You can easily hurt yourself. There are different opinions, but I like to keep an erection level between 60-80%.

I usually jelq while watching a a sports game, or the simpsons, or something like that. Anything that might give me an erection is out because that just interrupts the workout.

I was advised to stretch first, after a warmup of course, this gives me a semi erection which allows me to jelq first at lower pressure then gradually build up the pressure to about 90%, however the harder you go the more you risk injury, so my jelq strokes last up to 7 seconds at this kind of pressure.

A routine is important for real success in PE. I don’t use porn as a stimulus for several reasons, mainly because porn is bad for my mental health. If you work out your BC muscle erections won’t be an issue.

Your second question. I have no idea. I don’t worry about stuff like that. I just want a big shlong. lol

My advice technique and consistency is the key.

I like to totally concentrate on what I’m doing when I’m jelqing. The quality of strokes is much better. I like to focus in on the expansion and if I’m distracted with something on TV, my strokes suck.

I second the opinions on having a routine to be the key to PE success. So if you try to establish one, e.g. The newbie routine, you are much more likely to see gains. I did and obviously quite a few guys here as well.

As for using porn, I use it in doses to help in getting/keeping the required erection level. On the other hand blowing your load too close to your PE sessions might be reducing the effects of them.
