Does a 6" flaccid create a bulge?

If it makes a decent bulge, up to what height is it noticeable?

Not with Jockey Shorts which I have worn since age 14 to hold that sucker midline in my pants and jeans. Big Nuts and a penis more toward six inches in flaccid girth will probably give some bulge simply because of more volume in the pants. Mine is five to five and a quarter flaccid in girth and six and half and more in length. Nuts have shrunk with age.

I do remember that even with Jockey Shorts, there were some pants with shallow crotches which produced a bulge when younger. Because of that, I always check the rise of a pair of pants before I buy. Hope this helps.
Another factor is the cut of the pants or jeans. Skinny jeans (I dont wear them) these days or slim cut jeans (I have a couple of pairs of those) do show more bulge. My wife pitches a fit when I put them on telling me she can see my dick. What she sees is a mild bulge.

Mine is often longer than 6”, actually most times it is, and I have to say it all depends on what you wear. I wear mostly boxer briefs and I can only see it in very tight pants. I think girth is more important for bulge development, and I don’t have massive girth, certainly not when compared to my length.

I agree with Rootsnatty, FG is more important and going commando helps to show more bulge.

Are we talking flaccid size? 6” flaccid girth is massive, I imagine you would look bulgy at any height.

Currently 6.25” flaccid length x 4.75-5.25” flaccid girth depending on where. I never measured before as I didn’t much care the numbers, however I agree that a larger girth than mine would definitely stand out more. I suppose it depends on how your bulge is made, as most of mine is from it not hanging directly downward due to balls pushing package outward. Looks good in shorts, but blue jeans not so much as a fat smashed hog would.

It seems like aiming for a decent bulge would require 6 inch flaccid girth; for most people that’s their erect goal.
