So I am going to make an appointment to see a urologist. Been having some EQ issues lately and it even effects my PE since sometimes it’s hard to maintain enough hardness to do my routine.

I eat good, exercise, PE has been pretty simple and not overdoing it, took out caffeine too because I noticed that effected me. No porn or masterbating. Pretty healthy sex life with the wife, 4-6 times a week except the hardness issue. I can get through sex most times decently, but there are times when I lose it and have to get it back and also making it hard to finish.

I’m thinking there may be some psychological barriers that effect me as well as stress. I’m not too stressed, but I know there’s stuff in my head that bother me.

I’m kind of wondering if I either get help In a way that lets me get it back without medication, or even if I do get prescribed something if that maybe the effect will help me get that confidence back and not need any help anymore from medication . Any other people go through something similar?

I had the same issues, I have no idea if I was overtraining or not but I took a long ass break from PE and took half a viagra only once - doctors orders to see if it would help elevate any psychological worries of losing my erection. I think it helped. I’ve mostly been hard as a rock since, and I’m training slowly again. I’m 29 btw…

It could be anything. I’ve had ups and downs from all of those issues. Overtraining, overthinking, bad attitude from the wife, performance anxiety with someone new, high blood pressure, blood pressure medications, and drinking too much on occasion. Cialis and Viagra were taken for Insurance and They boosted my confidence and then those issues went away. So I think most of that shit is in our heads

I’m 32 and yeah I think it’s in my head. With Heath insurance, it’s not too much to go get checked.

Take 3 days off, plan some physical activity or hiking or something with the wife to stave off any questions. During those 3 days Reverse Kegel the whole time. Whenever you think about it. Don’t do a single regular kegel. Always out. Walk around that way, push out actively when you have a moment to focus and always try to keep it expanded.

Interesting. Yeah I will give that a try. My usual PE schedule is Mon Tues Thur Friday, but I was going to take the next three days off anyway and resume on Monday. I will give the reverse kegals a try.

Not just a try, make it an all day thing. If you’re not pushing out, and you notice, push out immediately. Incorporate it into your walk.

A lot of the mental aspect of ED comes from over tightening the pelvic floor in my experience. Ive had issues figuring out my routine with intensity, chronic masturbation, non severe injury etc, doing what I described gives me rock hard boners within 2 days.

Bonus EQ points: after 3 days of this, just edge for an hour and follow up with <100 LIGHT jelqs at moderate - high erection. Best boners of your life the next day.

I’m gonna 48 years old in a week and I’ve fallen to this problem also. Caruso, I agree with the kegel. I used to space them off thinking there not a big deal but i was def wrong about that! To me that’s the most important exercise there is! Like you I do them all the time also and my soldier comes out ready to hit the battle field! The funny thing is alot of men think there just for girls and don’t know they also should do them.

Referring to Reverse Kegel. Very useful and necessary for men with anxiety related ED.
