I was looking at some traction devices on a German website, they was sanctioned by the EU as an proven medical device, In the review, there was a strong correlation between gains and total “time under tension”. It totally makes sense.

You’re italian right, I’ve read some news on mayoclinic and other medical sites, there was a lab in itali which proven extender really works, I believe them, this is not BS.

I think for length it’s about time. I think of length like the river that carves a valley out of a mountain, it’s just constant, consistent pressure over time.

I think the load of pressure has to be just enough to force an adaptive response over time, but short of what causes extreme protective measures against injury by the body.
