Do you take breaks from PE, if so how often

I been told to take a 72hr break from PE/masturbating cause my EQ is lower then it was at the beginning of the month so how often should I take these breaks

I am currently in a multi week leave because over training resulted in a thrombosed vein. Take days or weeks off as often as you feel like, for as long as you need. There’s no use for a stressed/broken big penis.

How long can you rest though before you start to lose gains.

Should I continue to rest longer

Like I said before in the first 4-6 weeks I gained 0.5 in both flaccid and erect length. But couple weeks ago I measured and I measured couple days later and I can’t seem to get harder then 14cm I mostly get 13.5 cm erect my flaccid is in between 8-8.5cm . Before I started PE I always got 14-14.5 cm erect why am I going down. I rested for 4 days no PE and quit masturbating for 72hrs and counting but I still get 13.5. Should I still continue to rest. I’m not asking much from PE I don’t think all I want is to gain 1in erect and 0.5 in girth and I’m happy I’m willing to work for it over time but when your penis loses EQ its a little madding. Please any feed would be nice.

You probably need a lot more rest or a very light active recovery routine for the next couple weeks.

I speculate you may be seeing retraction from work done, I don’t worry much about the differences you are seeing. BPEL changes with the winds IMO. I am a strong advocate of monitoring BPSFL only with any frequency.

I speak from a perspective of hanging for length gains. When I work my max weight and times for gains, my EQ will lessen of course temporarily.

Putting in enough work for gains outside of newbie gains will not result in 100% erections all the time. I further realize that statement isn’t popular to most.

How long should rest for . It don’t sound like much but I hope I can get to my 14.5cm erect again its 1cm then what I get now but hey.

You simply rest until positive PI ‘s come back.
If you measured right before PE then there is no reason that you will be shorter now forever. Unless you got injured.

Then start yor pogramm that gave you gains again until you gain no more or have bad PI ‘s

Start a log and log with everything you do along with steady measurments and listing of your Pi’s. This will help you and us to identify what is going on.
Start a log with daily updates. If you are on thunders every day then its doable.

Everyone needs to find his own rythm. There are people who would love to reach your goals of 1x0,5 gain in years. Soem need 4 years for that and some hit the right intensity and get it within weeks..
You ask for clamping and stuff while you just started PE. Experience says that this isnt good. A log will help you to get to your goals.

No idea.. I haven’t got a lot of gains myself… maybe 2/3mm.. but I think it could be probably safe to take one week off from time to time.

Look at it as a basic risk/reward formula. If you take 2-3 weeks (for example) off of PE that you didn’t need to take? Well, you loose 2-3 weeks. If you don’t take off the time and you really should have? You could break your pee-pee.
