First of all, I want to thanks everyone for reading my thread and I would like to hear your opinions on this. I recently had a couple of busy days where I didn’t have enough time to PE. I decided to do a shock day where I performed a very intense PE routine and then I let my unit rest for a couple of days. I measured my unit on Saturday, four days after my shock day and found a 0.5 cm increase in length.

This reminded me of how I train my caves when I am bodybuilding-keep reading, I know it sounds totally unrelated-. I basically have a very intense routine for one day and then I do not train for two or three weeks. This allowed me to have maximum growth. I was thinking of having a similar approach to PE.

As an example, a person would have one 30 min session of jelqing which is followed by 30 min of stretching. After, one would relax his unit for a couple of days until he regains morning wood and EQ quality. The routine continues on.

I want to know if you guys think this routine will work and if you have heard of anyone trying something like this.

Yeah it’s a useful way to get over plateaus. Usually only done by experienced PEer’s though. If you do it too much you’ll probably get a reduced EQ.

Yeah, from time to time I go home with a chick that is so below my standards. Needless to say he gives me a talk after.

I also once hid behind a tree and scared the shit out him, but that’s a whole other story.

alborz - Tweaking is right. Don’t rely on this as a method for continued gains. Do a regular routine consistently for a while. If you feel you need to (or even just want to) add this shock treatment once in a while, go for it. Just don’t over-do it.
