Do you shock your dick?
First of all, I want to thanks everyone for reading my thread and I would like to hear your opinions on this. I recently had a couple of busy days where I didn’t have enough time to PE. I decided to do a shock day where I performed a very intense PE routine and then I let my unit rest for a couple of days. I measured my unit on Saturday, four days after my shock day and found a 0.5 cm increase in length.
This reminded me of how I train my caves when I am bodybuilding-keep reading, I know it sounds totally unrelated-. I basically have a very intense routine for one day and then I do not train for two or three weeks. This allowed me to have maximum growth. I was thinking of having a similar approach to PE.
As an example, a person would have one 30 min session of jelqing which is followed by 30 min of stretching. After, one would relax his unit for a couple of days until he regains morning wood and EQ quality. The routine continues on.
I want to know if you guys think this routine will work and if you have heard of anyone trying something like this.
