ive been kinda of lurking and i have had a few routines about a month long with the newbie routine. but i dont like jelqing it is to much of a hassle for me. are there any exercises that you can gain girth with besides jelqing? i know i should jump into advance techniques thats why i am asking? i only wish to gain about .5 of girth

Jelqing is great and is the king of PE exercises. What is it that makes it a hassle for you, maybe I can suggest something to help.

on my previous post i meant shouldn’t* jump into advanced exercises. Jelqing is a hassle because its a mess and it requires 100% concentration to be able to keep the exact same pressure and go the right speed, plus if your counting that adds on another task to do at the same time. But the biggest problem for me is keeping the right erection level. Say i want to jelq at 70%, first off its hard to even tell what really is 70%, then its hard to keep it from getting softer and not getting harder. If i get bored and let my mind wander for half a second then my erection goes down, and then i have to spend time getting it back to the right place, which honestly is not easy especially when your doing an exercise. i either have to look at porn(which gets old) or i have to just beat my meat real fast lol im not technically in the mood when jeqling so ya… and then if i jelq to intensely or get to into, i get to hard and have to wait a bit for my erection to go down. All in all its not a very consistent exercise for me and its just a pain in the ass to get it close to consistent. As well as when i was doing it, i HAD to look at porn to get my erection up and i don’t like looking at porn to much because i get really dis sensitized, which i did. so that’s why its a hassle lol

What routine have you done since now? How much you gained?

I second sta-kool, jelq is a great exercise; if you don’t like wet-jelq, you could give a try to dry-jelqs.

PS: could you give a read to the Forum Guidelines (expecially the section about grammar and spelling) when you have the time? Thanks in advance.

Jelq help bring fresh blood in your unit, don’t skip this exercise buddy.

— as to the mess, you can dry jelq. But better to just get a light lube that isn’t too messy and wipes off with a towel. I like Albolene unscented — sold at drugstores as a makeup remover. Some discussion of it here, mostly by me but a couple other guys chime in:

— as to the erection level, here is what I did as a newbie.

I did my jelqs in sets

30 jelqs
get erection level right
30 jelqs
get erection level right

et cetera until I hit the number of jelqs I was aiming for.

It really wasn’t that big a deal to do that, and I gained. With 30 jelq sets your erection level doesn’t get so out of whack that you can’t quickly fix it with just a few good strokes.

There are alternatives to jelqing for girth development. Pumping can be good for girth development. Go to the Pumper’s Forum and start reading before you buy anything. Pumping can be a safe PE exercise if you take it slow and careful.

That said, jelqing is a good complement to pumping. If you don’t jelq, at least do some massaging between sets.

In terms of the messy, I use baby oil and do it over a toilet with the seat up. Any extra oil drips into the bowl and there is paper available for easy clean up. As to hardness. It is always soft when I start but after a few pulls it responds. I stop at 100 for a minute or two because I tend to get too hard. The pause lets the old unit soften to the right texture and I’m good for another 100. I have tried jelqing at full erection and ended up with a sore urethra which made peeing uncomfortable. This went away in a couple of days though.
