Do you have to jelq immediately after stretching

Hi,

Part of my routine is the newbie routine.I’m finding it hard to maintain a partial erection after stretching BTC and SD angles, so Jelqing isn’t really working for me straight after the manual stretch. Can I do the jelqs later in the day or when my penis feels more ‘in the mood’ for it or does it have to be done with the manual stretches.

Hans, I sometimes get the ‘tired dick’ feeling after stretching. Let me ask you this, how is your EQ? Have you considered maybe lightening up on the stretches to the point where you can keep it up during jelqing? I would think that having to set two different times in the day for the whole warm-up, exercise, cool down stage would be a bigger pain than PE is on its own!

As a newbie I stretched in the morning, and jelqed in the afternoon. I gained.

However my newbie stretching was basic. Left, right, down, up, straight out.

6stringgenius, my EQ is fairly bad. But it always has been and seems to run in the family.I’m going to a urologist to investigate. I do still get night time wood fairly often. I think its more that I can’t get it up to begin with after the stretching, possibly anxiety, so I just wait for a time in the day, when it is ready to ‘perform’

Sta-kool, that is great to know as this looks like what I may have to be doing, rather than tugging on something that isn’t erect enough.

I’m currently doing a newbie routine, & I prefer to jelq right after stretching.
(My stretches are left, right, down, up, straight out as well.)

I am not sure when it’s best to stretch, but If I did stretching I would jelq right after the stretching exercise.

Instead of doing one big stretching routine, you can split it up and do it before and after your jelq routine.
