Do you get Positive PIs with under training?

I think the title of this thread said it all.
I started PE 6 months ago,I was completely new to this thing.I started very enthusiastically
so it was quite obvious for me to over train.Which I did and could not continue exercises due to blood drops coming out of my dick.I was stretching with much force and used to apply great pressure during jelqs.
I took break when I started again then after some weeks again had to stop due to negative PIs.
So it took me full four to five months to really get the idea of these exercises.Means how much force or pressure I should apply.By that time I had gained also about 0.6” in BPEL.So I was quite happy that even I did over training but gained at the same time.

Last month,I started doing PE with much lesser force and pressure,this time I did not allow the excitation to get over me.This time I was happy that I started getting positive PIs with these exercises.So I was really looking forward to measure after a month.When I did surprisingly I had no gains at all.Obvious thinking was, am I under training?
So senior guys,do we get positive PIs with under training too?
Or I have reached my newbie limits and should switch to a more advanced exercises?
I shall be thankful!

My EQ has become very good.

Other PIs are appearance of large veins on the upper side near root and greater flaccid hang but there are no red spots yet.

What’s your routine? I haven’t ever read anything about experiencing PI’s from under training, but when I had no clue about PE and would try to jelq a little I didn’t experience any PI’s and I promise you I was under training.

If you are getting positive PIs and good EQ, yet not gaining…it means you are getting much closer to your “growth zone” and some small adjustments may be enough to make the difference. In many cases it may mean you need to slowly add some time to what you are doing, a small amount each week until you begin to see gains.

So some guys, the “growth zone” is a mile wide and easy to find. For many of us, its a very narrow window in which you will grow. When you are getting neg PIs, you are usually doing way too much and your dick isn’t getting a chance to recover. Positive PIs and especially improved EQ means you are making changes for the better. The trick is to find out now exactly how much stress to recovery ratio will get you into YOUR window of growth.

So, I recommend keep what you are doing, but make small incremental changes while measuring fairly frequently to see what effect it is having on you. Also, its very important to keep a written record of what you are trying and the effect it is having on you.

I think reading Chrono’s thread will give you a better idea of it.

I had made some minor changes in my routine a week ago.

I added 10 more jelqs got them to 80 in number.

Also increased a liiittle bit pressure.Which worked nice for me and did not lead to neg PI’s.

Increased the number of stretches also.

And today I measured after about two weeks.

Thank GOD I got passed my last measuring though just a little.

I am happy with this routine and hope that that window get wider for me.

My routine is quite simple yet cause I believe in less is more approach.

I am doing

8 mins hot wraps

5 mins manual stretches

10 mins of jelq

3 mins of hot wraps

50 kegels

Fowfers whenever I find time for them

Stretching during peeing

2 days on and 1 off.

I agree with sparkyx in regards to the growth zone. It seems like your doing well. Continue the good work.

A little bit every two weeks can lead to a lot! By the way, I don’t believe the window gets much wider if at all. Whatever it is for you, it is. The trick is to find it and stay in it, whether its a mile wide or just a few inches.

Sounds like you are in the growth zone, so now its a matter of first observe everything about your dick while you are gaining. For example, do you hang heavy and full most of the day after PE, or does it contract for an hour or so, then get heavy. Notice the amount of nite and morning wood, and your EQ (which by the way includes nite and morning wood, ease and frequency, hardness, duration etc).

By making accurate observations of what your dick does in the zone, you can then much more accurately make small adjustments to your routine to KEEP yourself in the growth zone.

Congrats on the gains, sounds like you will have real good results, just be patient, determined and intelligent in your PE and you’ll do fine.

Thanks for you valuable advice. I will keep these tyings in mind.
But can you answer the question that under training gives positive PI’s or not?

If you read my first reply carefully, you see I did answer your question.

This means that you CAN get positive PIs, but not have seen gains yet. So YES you can get positive PIs when undertraining, if undertraining indicates that you are not doing enough to see gains.
