Hi guys,

Curious question, is it common to see a temporary increase in erect length after performing a routine or by using a device etc.

In my PE career I have never measured longer in BPEL at the end of performing a stretching, jelqing or pumping routine.

I will measure my BPEL at the beginning of the routine and at the end and it is exactly the same. Am I doing something wrong as I am seeing no gains at all or any slight indication I may grow in the future.

I shouldn’t imagine it’s a necessity that one is supposed to measure longer at the end of a workout.

When you say you have seen no gains, I see from your signature that you first embarked on this almost two years back. Have you been PE’ing consistently for the past two years? And if so, and you’ve seen no gains at all, what motivated you to keep up a consistent regimen for that whole time?

CURRENT - 13/03/2015: I had to check a few times, but I'm pretty sure I got a genuine BPEL 7.8!! Will check girth again in a couple of weeks

Yes, I do. I didn’t at first. When I started using constant heat it was nearly every session.

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

I did it for around 6 months then took a break for a bit then did it for another 3 months starting from the start. Also tried mems and nothing improved so I’ve just started again and am hoping that a long break will help.

Measure your BPFSL instead. After a stretching session, not always your penis gets a 100% erection.

I do that too, sorry I forgot to mention that. It is the same measurement before and after for BPFSL.

If I do V stretches over a round object or simple SO, left + right or up + down, it doesn’t change at all. Does this indicate that I am not isolating the stretch to the tunica properly or could it be something else?

Try A- stretches, not V stretches. See this thread

and try the ‘golden rules’ explained there for a few sessions, see if your BPFSL gets longer.

A temporary increase is a very good sign. It signifies you are creating metabolic stress, which will cause a lot of long-term sustainable growth.

Doing kegels while pumping always gives me temporary length gains


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Didn’t want to open up another thread so here will do. Another month passes and not seeing any positive signs since posting this thread. I tried the advice listed above already.

I believe I am doing the right thing and following PI’s properly.

I’ve mainly done manuals, should I start to consider pumping or something like a big hanger instead?

Or do some people just not gain?

I’ve recently been doing 10-20 min stretching depending on PI’s and 5 mins jelqing. 3 on 1 off.

1. Warm up in shower and light stretches and wet jelqs.
2. Stretching in all directions 1 min each
3. Dry Jelqs 3 sec strokes
4. Forgot name of exercise where you masturbate but don’t reach climax. I do this sometimes. (wake up next morning with rock hard morning wood majority of the time unless you accidentally ejaculate haha)
5. Stretch lightly when going bathroom breaks

I will probably start a log, good idea.
