ADS is what I really like. I will likely have slower gains, but as long as I am liking it; it works for me.

Not only did I find PE addicting, I also posted it in my Thread that is listed in my signature. My wife helped me PE and she found it addicting as well. I wrote that thread about 7 years ago. When we took time off from PEing, we were so bored. How funny is that?

There is a big difference between an obsession and an addiction. Addictions are unhealthy and uncontrollable.

If you miss too many gym workouts or runs or visits to the dojo or nights playing with your band or orchestra or your own music practice or your meditation sessions or making love or getting out on your motorbike you eventually want to get back to it because it feels like something is missing from your life.
They may not be addictions but they are activities that draw you back. That is a healthy relationship to have with PE.
Like all those things,when you’ve had some time away from the activity you remember how much you love it when you do it again and for a while it becomes an obsession again, but hopefully not an addiction.

I think that gains - in anything - are “addicting” in nature. Whether that’s length/girth of your cock, physical fitness levels, etc. Stay balanced.

Not addicted, because I have other addictions, really I like but is to obtain different changes in my health life or penis health life.

Addiction? No. Obsession? Maybe if I see some gains. Right now it seems as if I am just grinding out each workout like going to the gym. I’ve seen some positives (EQ)from PE but I’m too new at this to realize any significant changes. These changes (size), if positive, would likely spiral me into obsession.

Please take it easy new members , when they realize that PE actually works they just go into it will full force and end up with an injury or their penis adapts to this huge intensity and then as time goes by gains start to slow down and will get to a point where gains stop all together.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Obsessed, addicted.. Whatever you want to call it, yeah, that’s me. I work alone most days and so spend much of that time in some form of PE. If it’s not the dedicated clamping/stretching sessions (1-3 per day), its the constant massage, rolls, light stretch. I’ve gained significantly and continue to gain. I know it’s above average and even looks large to me but I still feel some form of body dimorphism. That is, if/when I have a rest day or a day or two when I don’t have private time to PE, the slight loss in max expansion feels like I’m tiny and I must get back to PE again.

Definitely putting my time in. Am I missing appointments, work and ruining family relationships because of it.. No. Do I need more and am I mentally obsessed with it.. At times. However, I agree with firegoat, this is a tremendous opportunity to grow and not just in the physical sense. It is a positive experience and as long as it is not negatively effecting our family time and responsibilities then it is okay.

If its an addiction I think it is a healthy one. Had some of the best sex with the wife in years latelybecause of PE. Am also healthier because PE is motivating me to do more exercise to keep fit. In balance I would call it a positive reinforcement rather than addiction.

Addicted? Oh I don’t know, obsessed is more like it.

At first it was boring to me but after the the first week when I felt like my form was getting on track I started looking forward to the workouts. I enjoy it & don’t look forward to rest days. I don’t have a routine for rest days; I just take off a day at random which is not often.

It’s quite a habit with some momentum to it. Whenever it’s time for a break, I must reluctantly force myself to stop. When it’s time to start back up again, I find myself dragging my feet.
