Good point. Do not know about “destroy” but higher weights do take their toll if you are not careful. The devices used to hang with when using higher weights may also damage the internals somewhat. I would imagine that manual stretching is a lot safer but then again I have not done it long enough to tell you.

What I can say from my personal experience is that hanging heavy weights has had the following negative effects on my penis:
- A lower erection angle (some might see this as a positive)
- Stretch marks and scars to the base of my penis (some look like they will go but other look permanent)
- A ball sack that rides up my penis (I think they call this turkey neck) when erect and looks too loose when flaccid
- Lighter skin from the base to about half way down my penis (the rest is darker and I attribute this to the hanger)

Otherwise all is good on my side haha.. Oh also using an extender device gave me a bit of discolouration to my penis head plus it does not engorge with blood as well as it used to however I did very bad with the device because I ignored all safety advice with regards to numbness and coldness. Hope this helps and does not deter you too much! There are many positives and if you take a slower approach than I did, you can avoid many of the listed issues.

All the issues above are good testimonies to why it is imperative to go through the newbie exercises until proper conditioning is achieved.

Hanging is NOT for the newbies no matter how tough you may feel you are. We’re talking about your one and only penis and damage can be non-forgiving.

Hanging in and of itself does not have to be damaging in any way when a person or penis is prepared properly and warnings are heeded.

In this realm impatience is your biggest enemy.
