Do width exercises work


Yes, I also remember it being Wadzilla — it’s just hard to believe, considering how wacky the exercise sounds :) Memento is probably right that it wouldn’t cause injury, considering that it’s very similar to using jelq sticks (power jelq).

1Sweet69 suggested it in Feb 2002 on PEF, that predates Wad.

There was a lot of flattening of the shaft going on in 2002 :)

I remember seeing two tips on specifically increasing width in constrast to overall girth:

1. Use a powerjelq device turned so that you apply pressure on the sides rather than top and bottom.

2. Form a “V” between the long finger and ring finger on one hand, place your penis in the open “V”, and jelq. You may want to use the other hand to squeeze the first fingers together for more pressure.

Do they work? I remember no testimony, but it seems reasonable as you in both cases massage the sides.

Personally, I mix the “V” grip with an OK grip.

Yeah the U grip jelqing (pinch jelq?), either manual or with the PJ is basically effecting the CC and not touching the CS. Luvdadus always recommended that but he talked about it as a girth rather than a width thing.

I still don’t see how you can encourage your penis to form a shape that is not the most energy efficient (close to a cylinder) as possible. The limiting factor seems to be the septum as it controls the distortion of the two cylinders.

I have used a few width exercises and they do work.

Pan squeezes, toilet compression are the most common but the best for me was the ATS rollers, but they aren’t for newbies and just advanced users.

I’m very sure they are here already and Wadzilla talked about them, think allot thought it might damage the dorsal nerve and it involves a rolling pin going across the penis on a flat surface while erect.

Its dangerous, obviously if you go mad and don’t use your brain but I gained just short of 1/4 inches by using that method and its now cemented at 2.2 inches uniform erect.

For newbies and those not wanting to do it than go for the toilet compressions and pan squeezes which also work.
