Do V-stretches put too much pressure on the urethra?

I was wondering whether V-stretches could be potentially dangerous due to the fact that they put pressure on the urethra apart from everything else that we usually target?

When I was doing PE (3-4 years ago) I did 10-15 minutes V-stretches as part of my session for 3-4 months. I never felt any major discomfort and haven’t noticed any issues. Every once in a while I think I get some symptoms of a UTI. So I have 2 theories:

1. Due to the growth because of PE, some scar tissue accumulates and causes the urethra to narrow, i.e. a minor stricture. This seems somehow possible for other techniques though.
AND/OR
2. As part of the exercise the urethra also gets stretched, which could introduce a looser region. That sounds undesirable, since I can imagine that this region could store some urine and thus can increase the probability of an infection.

Do you find any credibility and sense behind these “theories” or I am being totally paranoid?
