Do Sugar Kill PE gains ?

For long time I had that addiction with sugar and when I stopped eating any sugar for a week I saw my penis grow Little bit longer and when it was flacid it was way bigger then before !But then I stoped my diet and right now I’m still eating suggar and saw gains going down hill .. Is it because I take to much sugar or what ?Hope someone can answer my question ! This site is like my school I lean so much I also grow 2 cm of erected dick which is awesome and I’m aiming for 7cm more to add and I can give up on any bad habbit that I have to get those gains you know :) ! If sugar kills my gains I’m just gonna give it up and eat fruits instead of sugary foods !

Try to control your sugar intake, more so for your health than for PE. Yes, it could have an effect on your penis. As can caffeine, fatty foods, salty foods, alcohol, smoking..etc. Everything we ingest controls all our body functions.

Now giving something you love up completely, like sugar, will just make you depressed and you’ll search for something else to take it’s place. You need to learn to balance it. If you have a craving for something sugary, eat it. Just don’t over indulge. That goes for everything, except sex of course. We can never get too much of that. Otherwise, I live by the motto: Everything in moderation. Learn it and you’ll be happy with yourself and the results. :)

Sugar is bad for your overall health. Fruit still contains sugar so if you eat a lot of it it’s still bad. As to whether it effects gains I have no idea, but that shouldn’t be the sole reason for giving it up.

According to a study (https://www.ncb … pubmed/22804876 ) there’s a significant drop in testosterone after sugar consumption so it’d be reasonable to think it’s counterproductive from the PE perspective

I can say with 102% certainty that sugar can kill the penis (and other extremities), not just kill gains. Too much sugar in the blood clogs up the flow and the excess can pool up in the extremities which negatively affects normal functions. Letting sugar get to penis would mean weaker, “smaller” erections. (Fun fact: if there is not enough sugar in the blood, no amount of Viagra in the world would help you. But at that point you have more pressing issues)

(Trust me on this, I (still) have first hand experience being a Type 1 diabetic and all :) )

From now on I’m not going to directly intake sugar like cake and things that contain sugar ! The only sugar that I will take in 1 day will be from 2 banana’s and from some tea !Today I eat some sweats and it’s time to stop! After 1 week I will report what changed in PE gains! Health as well.
