Do kegels affect your EQ?

Has doing kegels independently changed your EQ? I say independently because in many cases, people start PEing and kegeling at the same time, so increased EQ can’t necessarily be pointed at kegels. Share your input with how kegels have affected you, especially if you have done them seperately and know for sure how they alone have affected your EQ.

Personally, I don’t know because I have always done kegels along with PE.

I wish I could help but I also have been doing kegels while hanging, my EQ is very powerful now.

Having strong muscles down there helps EQ….NO QUESTION ABOUT IT. How you achieve that is a better question.

I am strong as heck down there but I didn’t get there by sitting around doing kegels by themselves. I got there by doing lots of PE which incorporates kegel type contractions such as clamping, jelqing, squeezes, bends, holds, edging, etc.

Only long sessions of hanging lower EQ.

My session consist in 15min AM and 15min PM

I did three weeks of kegels before I did anything else.. My routine consisted of the following

Hold as hard as possible for 100 seconds (ONCE)
Hold as hard as possible for 10 seconds (TEN TIMES)
Hold as hard as possible for 1 second (ONE HUNDRED TIMES)

One day on and one day off for three weeks, I kinda did a little research and made my own routine. I didn’t really notice any difference till the end of the three weeks. Before the kegels I was generally a 5/6 EQ. By the end of the three weeks I was packing at least a 7 every time. I have continued to routine with wet jelqs and clamps for a further 3 weeks and I’m now my like an 8 it’s always mega hard. I believe you need that days rest in between for the muscle to recover. And if your doing it properly by the end of the kegels your penis will feel so weak and like your not actually doing anything because of the muscle fatigue

Thats a cool pyramid of reps, I like that.
I also like to Kegel against a solid manual stretch. Feels like more of a “weight training” workout.

I’m on week six of my PE journey and my erections are now somwhere between 8/9 following the same kegel routine, also wang a few in while i’m clamped which seems to be producing some great results also

Kegels saved my sex life. Not only did they cure my borderline premature ejaculation, but they also greatly improved my EQ and gave me the ability to shoot monstrous loads. I can easily cover my girlfriend from pussy to neck (and some of it goes to face, hair and behind her). Well, the amount is probably thanks to proper nutrition and water (I’m 100% sure it has a lot to do with water), but the force of ejection (and thus range) is definitely thanks to kegels. If I start slacking and don’t do kegels for a week or two, my ejaculations lose a lot of force (which is usually a roll call to start doing them regularly again).

I wish I could just get to the bottom of kegels and involuntary contractions… I’m pretty sure kegels helped me with EQ but the involuntary contractions that lead to premature ejaculations is just too much
