Do Jelqing and Stretching Really Compliment Each Other

When finished jelqing the penis is full of blood. That is the goal. Then you let it alone and it heals up and grows.hopefully. Stretching seems to take blood out of the penis, hence it may interfere with jelqing gains. I’m thinking about doing a routine where one day I jelq and the next I stretch.

I’ve gained 1.5 inches in length over the last year by jelging and stretching together on the same day. stretching for 3 hours to lengthen the ligs and then jelqing to increase the blood flow; followed by an ADS (all day stretch) to keep you healing in an extended state. This routine was facillitated by me being a physician with an extensive background in physiiology; but more importantly looking at reviews of people who have gained well on this forum,

People who are just starting on Penis Enlargment can either come up with whatever hair-brained schemes there mind comes up with, follow examples of people who have not gained or look for common threads from the people who have gained miraculously well. I would suggest the latter approach. My penis is 40% bigger than it was a year ago; and I credit a thorough and selective review of Thunders for this. There is certainly a lot of crap presented here; but if you can wade through it and figure out whats real and important from the few importantthreads, you should gain and do well.

I stretch before I jelq. The logic being that in the jelq there is a little stretching any way, just more intense. Almost like a warm up of sorts.

Also, when I stretch, I noticed that I am squeezing the penis, which forces blood out. You almost need to jelq after to send a fresh supply of blood to the whole penis.
