Do I Need To Be Sore To See Gains?

I have been doing PE now for 6 days and I have key to feel sore. I haven’t had a rest day because it hasn’t felt like I’ve needed it. So do I need a rest day or should I start going harder?

Sept 16/14 BPEL 6.25 EG 5.5

Oct 1/14 BPEL 7" EG 5.75

Goal BPEL 7.5 EG 6.25

Harder doesn’t means faster gains. PE is not muscular training, you don’t need to feel sore, tired, painful or anything.

So basically if your never sore and as long as you get a good pump from jelqing (which I usually do ) that should be good enough. I’m usually sore afterwards and sometimes I wonder if I’m squeezing too hard . I only jelq 3x per week for 15 min. Just started 2 months ago.

Haven’t noticed any erect gains yet but small flaccid ones.

Non bone pressed and mid girth.

Keeping it a secret until my spouse notices results. Only care about girth, any length gains considered a bonus.

Its just me but I seem to make gains after I have that sore achy feeling . Not over doing it though.

It’s actually completely Dependant on you. If you find that, after a day of rest, you’ve made gains, I’d consider that a positive sign. The biggest part of starting PE is learning to understand the sensations that come with PE. And everyone is different in how their deal responds to the different aspects of PE.

I’d honestly keep going until my erection quality began to diminish. Then rest up. It is normal to go two days on and one day off.
