Do I have to stretch?
So I was planning on doing the following routine every second day:
1. Use a rice sock to warm up for 5 - 10 minutes.
2. Wet jelq with lube using an overhand alternating 2-3 second stroke for 5 - 10 minutes. 50 - 70% erection.
3. Warm down using rice sock for 5 - 10 minutes.
I’m a bodybuilder and believe that jelqing and bodybuilding use the same principles. In bodybuilding I usually suggest beginners start with a very easy routine with light weights for a few weeks before moving on to a more difficult routine. I therefore want to apply the same logic to PE and do a very easy routine to begin with.
My main goal is to get a bigger flaccid, will that come from standard jelqing or are there specific exercises for flaccid gains?
Oh and is olive oil ok to use as lube?
