So I was planning on doing the following routine every second day:

1. Use a rice sock to warm up for 5 - 10 minutes.
2. Wet jelq with lube using an overhand alternating 2-3 second stroke for 5 - 10 minutes. 50 - 70% erection.
3. Warm down using rice sock for 5 - 10 minutes.

I’m a bodybuilder and believe that jelqing and bodybuilding use the same principles. In bodybuilding I usually suggest beginners start with a very easy routine with light weights for a few weeks before moving on to a more difficult routine. I therefore want to apply the same logic to PE and do a very easy routine to begin with.

My main goal is to get a bigger flaccid, will that come from standard jelqing or are there specific exercises for flaccid gains?

Oh and is olive oil ok to use as lube?

Would appreciate any feedback.

You can have gains with just jelqing, but 5-10 minutes is a bit too short IMHO.

So what would you suggest instead?

What is written down in the newbie routine, leaving apart stretching if you don’t like. :)

Don’t have that much free time so wanted to keep the routine as short as possible. Also, you may have heard the idea that 80% of the benefits come from 20% of the inputs. I was trying to break down various beginner routines to most important 20%.

80/20 is something that applies to social environments I think?

You can stretch in a hot bath/shower, if you don’t have time, and trimming helps too!

How does trimming help exactly? I’m always trimmed, the ladies seem to prefer it.

What I would do without you? I never heard of the Pareto principle!! Now next time that I bench press I will use 20% of the weight that I can use and I will have 80% of the gains!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!

Haha in that situation you would do low reps with high weight. It actually is a pretty useful concept.

That’s how I like to train actually. :)

I don’t think it works for PE though.

I started using Monty’s PE weights before the summer rolled around. I definitely noticed I was hanging longer/fuller when I would take the weights off. Then I took a break because of a few trips over the summer, and my flaccid decreased. I think with consistent, dedicated use of them, a permanent increase in flaccid could be obtained…just my $.02
