Do I have a chance of being average?

Do I have a chance of being average?

I’ve been lurking here on and off for around 5 months, trying to figure out if there was anything I could do about the pitiful size of my dick. It has caused me some pretty severe depression, and it kind of controls all aspects of my life. I think part of this is that I had it made fun of when I was younger, both in a school locker room setting as well as by my girlfriend at the time. Because of this, I became reclusive and never showed my true face to people, instead being whatever they wanted/needed of me at the time. I also gained a metric fuck-ton of weight, which caused my self image to become even worse. Now I am a 20 year old college student who has many acquaintances, but very very few real friends because I think that if I get to close to anyone, especially women, they will learn about my disgusting little dick and will make fun of me both to my face as well as behind my back. I have never had a relationship after my high-school fling because of the same reason. I think that even if I were to get intimate with someone, I will only end up disappointing when it really matters, and I will eventually either be broken up with or cheated on. These thoughts have more than once driven me to suicide, and I have had 3 unsuccessful attempts at taking my own life. I am now on an anti-depressant called Bupropion, which is a generic brand of Wellbutrin XL. The dosage is 300MG once a day in the mornings.

At my heaviest I was 349lbs. I am 6’2”. I’ve tried to help my body image stuff by going on a strict dieting regiment (also working out more now since I don’t feel so terrible physically). I started this diet June 4th, 2017 and as of today I weight 244.6lbs. The diet was a prescribed diet by my general practitioner, and is called the Nutrimed diet, also known as a VLCD. VLCD stands for Very Low Calorie Diet, and starting out is consistently around 800-1200 calorie intake a day. I had hoped that the weight loss would make my dick seem a little less pitiful but it just ended up making my anxiety about it as well as self image worse. I didn’t know if I should continue pursuing my weight loss goal of 200lbs because the better you look the more likely a woman might find you worthy enough to consider dating, and I don’t want to be laughed at or have word get out that I have a tiny penis again.

My current measurements before P.E. Are BPEL: 5” MEG: 4”. Do any of you think that I will ever have a chance of even being average or “normal”? I really just wanna be something that can make a woman feel something instead of pity, disgust, or disdain. I have thoughts of grandeur of maybe someday being 6.5” BPEL and 5” EG, but I know that is very unlikely. I’ve tried a few of the exercises out to see what they would feel like but I have a very hard time gripping my penis for basic stretches without making the head of my penis feel painful, and I can’t really use both hands to jelq because I’m too small and my fat pad still gets in the way. I was also wondering if I should try and lose the rest of the weight to make P.E. Easier to do, or if I should be doing them both simultaneously. I have also thought about liposuction on my pubic mound, because as of right now my fat pad sticks out farther than what I have left of my belly, and it makes me even more distressed because it makes my already tiny penis look even smaller, often turtling into the fat and giving me a mangina.

Sorry about the rambling post, I just really needed some closure about this and its easier to talk about your feelings electronically than it is to try and bring it up to a psychologist or something.

A few things

1. There is absolutely hope for you, check out some of the progress threads on this site. Just remember to take your time with these exercises and to not push your anatomy too hard, it’s a marathon not a sprint. I’ve gained more than I thought I could, but this is something that takes commitment. You won’t get the results you want from doing a little bit here or there, but if you can get together a routine and stick to it it’s totally possible. If you haven’t looked into it already I highly recommend the “NEWBIE ROUTINE”

2. On the note of weight loss, look into “time restricted eating”. The main idea is to consume an average amount of calories in a day but spread across 10 or so hours. The idea behind it is that your body has a natural rhythm and eating within the time we’re “supposed’ to eat helps your metabolism. This is a very poor explanation but look into it, I know a lot of guys like Terry Crews have talked about this.

3. I would genuinely recommend seeing a therapist of some sort. I really hope this comes across as sincere because I’m not being a dick. A really big part of PE is having a positive mentality about the process and not feeling like you need to get results RIGHT NOW.

Best of luck, you’ll be alright

Hey bro, congrats on the with loss. Keep up the good work.

If you put in the time and effort you can absolutely reach your PE goals.

Good luck to you.

I forgot to mention that you are already hovering around the average mark. So don’t be too disappointed with your starting size.

It sounds like you’re already doing great, for one thing. Losing 100 pounds is a huge huge accomplishment that not many people could summon the willpower to succeed at doing.

I believe your starting stats are around where I was at when I started. And if I’d been smarter, more careful, more consistent, and taken things more patiently and gradually, I think I could’ve gotten to where I am now in a matter of months, rather than years. Go for it.

If I’d spent 40% of the time I wasted in my youth doing this instead of doing nothing, I can’t imagine where I’d be now.

You not only have hope, you are on the right track.

My familiarity with similar cases will say to lose more weight and you’ll have an easier time with PE. But even with the weight you can get it done.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

A journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step.

I was fat and feeling horrible about my dick a year ago. It would shrivel up to a button and I was terrified of showing it. I’ve lost weight(not done and plenty to go) and I have done almost a year if PE. I GAINED! YOU CAN TOO! MY DICK LOOKS LIKE A DICK NOW!

Just start slow make real changes and be kind to yourself.

If I were you I would also add going to a councillor as part of my regime. I think there is lots of stuff going on that you may not even be aware of. Depression and it’s correlation with suicide are something that needs to be dealt with. Basically what I am saying is that you need to get your head as clear as possible in order to be as successful as possible. You are already on the right track. You are no different than anyone else. Other people start out bigger and some start out smaller. None of that means you can’t hit your goals and live the life you want.

You can definitely do this! Losing bodyweight is harder than gaining penis size! You’ve already shown that you have what it takes to do the harder of the two, now do something that’s fun and will really make you a lot happier. Look at my starting stats. Not much more than yours. It took me only 2 1/2 years and I’m totally happy with what I have now and even got my first WOW when someone saw it.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

No problem buddy, I for one used to HATE wearing sweat pants due to my small limp dick but these days it’s basically all I wear and people keep looking and, I bet, thinking I’m wearing something on my dick or have tucked something in my pants. I started at around 6” BPEL but now measure at 7,5” BPEL and I’m so much more satisfied with my ‘duck’ now it’s almost unbelievable. I’m confident enough in that area now to just whip it out any time any place, maybe except for the first few minutes after a heavy fitness workout. But other than that this is the best thing you can do for your self esteem, this and some therapy. Yes, I’m in therapy and only now at the tender age of 34 have started figuring out my own psyche and how it functions.

‘Bad’ news is, it takes time and some effort with much trial and error to find out what your dick responds the best to as in how much time, how many sets, how many days on/off and so forth but if you stick to it something will eventually give and if you’re lucky you’re a fast gainer. And you being so young it’s the perfect time to start doing this with your hormone levels at their best/ highest.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Thank you guys so much, its really heartening knowing that so many people have had success with this stuff. I am seeing a therapist currently, but its really hard to speak to them about stuff like this because its so awkward. I also wanted to know what some of you did after the 3 months of newbie routine. Should I look into getting a bath-mate, an extender, or a hanging tool to make sure I continue to have gains after the initial nooby gains? Did any of you take extended breaks, or have a lull in your regiment for some reason and still be able to get to where you are somewhat content with yourself? I ask this because I’m worried that if I do reach goals that I set I will get content and lose the gains that I worked so hard to get. Another reason I am kind of worried about starting PE is because I currently live in a dorm, making it hard to get the privacy needed to get a full session in. I was wondering if it would be better for me to focus on weight loss until I reach my goal of 200 lbs, and then starting PE when I am on break so I understand more of what to expect in how long a session should last and what is needed to be done. I guess I am not sure if I should just throw myself into it with the newbie routine and worry about what to do after 3 months later, or should I try and plan it out now then see how my body reacts to the beginner routine and adjust from there.

Just think about the newbie routine for now. 3 months is a pretty long time. Spend that time learning about how your dick reacts to PE. It should give you a better idea of what else you can try once you have conditioned your penis.

Also you will get a lot more responses if you structure your posts a bit better making them easier to read. Just a tip to help you get the best advice.

Welcome and congratulations on your weight loss.

First off, 5 inches is right in the average spot. The only reason you might feel it is below, is because of porn and your fat pad. I had the same problem years ago. Fat pad made my 5.2 inches look like 3. But I started eating better, and working out, and in 8 months of very hard work, I lost 30kg/66 pounds. I have lost more weight since then, and right now I’m well below my ideal weight and have to gain weight. So you really can loose the weight. Like anything in life, you really just have want it bad enough to work for it.

On the PE front. I started at 5.2 inches. Very close to your 5 inches. And after 6 years I’m over 8 inches and trying for 9, so your goal of 6.5 is very much achievable. Check out my Some pictures for inspiration. thread if you want to see my PE journey so far.

Good to hear that you are seeing a therapist. Try to open up and be honest to him/her. It really is important. And there really is freedom in sharing your problems and concerns with other people. Even if they can’t help with a solution, it just helps to share.

Here’s to your journey going forward. Hope it goes well.
