Do extenders work

I have one and in the manual it said I have to wear it 8-12 hrs a day.
But actually after wearing it for an hour.my penis feels hurt already.so stop using for 15mins , let it have a rest and continue doing it.I been doing this for about a month now.havnt see any different yet.

Does it actually work?
Is hurt normal?
Oh.one more thing.if it works.it only help on length or girth too?

Yes extenders should work, but people have reported gains after many many hours of wearing. Pain isn’t a good thing in PE ever. Anything more than a dull ache is bad. Extenders are exclusively for length, although as with hanging you may seen an increase in base girth.

I think you need to do some research around the forums into extenders, so you can grasp a better concept of how best to make them effective, the types etc. As I do not specialise in this area.

The ADS systems are supposed to work. But, it takes many many hours of usage.

The typical math that I have found here is that 1000hrs will give you an inch.

I, myself, have been using one for a while and after 75 hours, it will not be much of a gain.

Does it actually work: I am not convinced, but if you are dedicated enough to wear one for 8-12 hours a day, it may work. I found it too uncomfortable and boring. Don’t try to wear an extender at night.

Is hurt normal: no, you are most likely wearing the device too tight. If you can’t secure the extender without pain, get rid of it.

Im currently using a JES Extender too dude. Ive put nearly 300 hours into it in the past 4 months. Maybe Ive gained a few millimeters in erect length, nothing noticeable, but it is pure dicipline to use this device man. You must become a Jessian monk to get this thing to work. Try talking to Kristian69 and Babbis, these guys have put over 1000 hours into the device and have reported erect gains as much as an inch. I believe it works, but many many months with no noticeable gains. It is probably the slowest route in penis enlargement. But Im still goin, still trying! May the Jes be with you.
