I have had success using a fairly inexpensive noose-type extender. It’s not the most comfortable, but I got used to it and was getting results without too many hours, but of course we’re all different. I gained over an inch flaccid with about 500 hours use. I’ve gotten used to the pull and even find it a bit pleasurable. I got mine on eBay about 4 years ago. Now, almost all of the low cost ones are made in China. Most are cheap have and limited length adjustments. Look for one with multiple rod sizes so that you can get a good fit for your size. For instance, consider getting an extra set of rods with various sizes. LeLuv seems to be an OK brand. Here is a link for what I’m talking about on extra rods:
It has been my experience so far, after only 141 hours of tension applied, that I have gained 7 mm of rock hard BPEL..
This is similar to what I have gained. I’m around 120 hours and 7mm gained BPEL so far.
01 Sep 16 = BPEL = 16.5cm
30 Oct 16 = 17.2cm
Short term goal = 17.8cm
