Do bundled/fulcrum stretches help with girth?
Just wondering what all of you guys think about bundled stretching, do they help with girth?

Not familiar with fulcrums, but I heard over at PEgym that bundled stretches can affect both. I don’t know this from experience though. By the way, it was one of their articles, not a thread in the forums.

Right, I authored the article but I was trying to get some more information from people who have gained, or just overall thoughts on how the whole process of bundling can help with girth.
