DLD Newbie Routine

Has anyone tried the DLD Newbie Routine? Is he a fraud? Any gains?

DLD was a guy that posted here a long time ago. May have actually started his PE career here. Some say he left Thunders because he couldn’t profit from his advice and experience, so he started his own website. I don’t visit his site so I can’t comment on that.


Current 5.5 NBPEL x 5.75 Base EG - 5.25 MSEG 7" BPSFL

Short Term Goal 6 NBPEL x 6 MPEG

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

I would also like to point out that when he started approaching some pretty incredulous reports on his size, he presented pictures that I think most people decided were photoshopped.

I would bet there are no videos of this 15 x 10 donkey penis being measured (or any other unalterable proof).

This is just my opinion, the routine he has on his site could be just as good anything you will find here.

What you won’t find here is someone trying to sell you something.

I know bro its a joke 15x10 horse stuff ;D but tbh I read on some internet news that in mexico there is man with penis 58 cm long I think. So maybe its DLD ’ Brother who knows haha

LOL I saw the video of that guy and yeah I don’t what kind of growth he has on his junk but I feel sorry for him.

From what I remember the routine is too heavy on poor newbies: injuries, toughening of tissues etc.. I you try suggest the ones we have over here.

Stick to thunder’s routines for newbies.Or even better create your own. Just don’t fuck it up.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Should I just jelq or include stretching?

Stretching is a must for length!

So more stretching is better for length ? I am currently doing before and after jelq for 3-5 min stretching.

20-30 minutes of stretching is better.
