Discovering IR Heat
I have recently purchased an IR heat lamp designed to aid muscle recovery. What I would like to share though is the difference it makes to a Jelqing session.
I had been using the rice sock method for warming up before getting going. Afterwards I always had the same sort of level of plumpness, everything feeling heavy and full.
However, having used the IR lamp my post workout plump is massively bigger. My unit feels so much more pliable and full. One of the vets had a thread on making every stroke count and not just go through the motions, with the IR lamp I can feel the skin stretching as I jelq. This has led to a much more focused session, which can only add to the end result.
So what am I trying to say, apart from the excuse to start my first thread, is if you are neglecting the heat, don’t.
