Hello guys. I’ve been doing PE for about 3 months now and I’m hitting some bumps in the road. It seems, at this moment, that it’s done more worse than good.

My hairline around my dick has risen noticeably higher (which I despise), a very slight turkey neck has formed, and I kinda busted two blood vessels in my dick causing them to always appear when I’m hard (they’re small).

The positives are I have grown about a .5 cm and my flaccid is much better. That .5 cm doesn’t help boost my confidence much at all..

So now, I’m wondering if I should continue my PE routine, which consists of warm wrap, a little bit of stretching, and a good amount of jelqs. I try my best to do it 2 days on, 1 off, but I get busy.but usually find time for it. It’s a little discouraging because I don’t want my penis to get uglier, as weird as that sounds, but also because I was really hoping to gain about a 1/2 inch to an 1 inch without all this baggage attached.

So, any advice in regards to my situation?

The problems with blood vessels suggests to me that you’re applying too much pressure (and or too much time) during jelqing — take a couple of weeks off to let yourself heal and try using a lighter touch when you start back up. As for the hairs moving up the shaft, I’ve experienced the same thing. I actually use tweezers to pluck out these hairs. It’s not as painful as it sounds (though you might want to take a couple of Advil and hour before just to be safe). Just make sure that you grip the hairs as close the root as possible, keep the skin tight, and don’t hesitate when you pull. The first few time you do this is might take a while (maybe 30-60 minutes), but the hairs will grow back thinner and you’ll only need a few minutes of maintenance every week or two. It’s really just like what happens when a woman waxes her pussy.


Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

Focus on stretching. What I discovered is that with jelqing you “destroy” your skin, and hair moves up higher on your shaft. When you stretch you are not pulling skin, so you don’t damage it. Mix both, but don’t do jelqs as often, I have been doing that, and I have been successful so far.

Hair moving up the shaft might be nice for her when going inside the “birthplace”, especially when the shaft hair is just trimmed. It might cause the ticklish sensation.
